Conditions for Guest Accommodation

1. Subjet of the contract:
he guest offers to the owner of the apartment (termed as host in the following) bindingly the conclusion of a guest accommodation contract. This can be done in written form, by facsimile or e-mail.

2. Price:
The Price displayed in the booking confirmation includes all additional expenses, such as water, heating and energy.

3. Payment:
Prices apply per person/night and have to be paid at the day of departure, if not agreed otherwise.

4. arrival/departure:
The apartment is at the guest’s disposal from 2.00 pm at the day of arrival.
At the day of departure the apartment has to be left before 10.00 am.

5. Withdrawal by the guest:
The guest may withdraw from the contract anytime before arrival by written form. In this case the host is entitled to ask for a fixed cancellation charge as follows:

- less than 31 days before arrival 15 % (at least 15,- € per person)
- less than 21 days before arrival 25 %
- less than 11 days before arrival 40 %
- up to 3 days before arrival 55 %

from the second day before arrival or in case of non-appearance: 80%

6. Liability of the host
The allocation of the apartment is no conduction of a trade in the legal sense of § 701 BGB (German Civil Code). Therefore the host is not liable for any damage or theft of the placed items of property or asset, clothes or articles of value. For personal injury the host is only liable if he effectuates them in a grossly negligent or deliberate way.
The usage of the apartment as well as the inventory happens at the guests own risk.
The host can not be held liable for short term failure of fitments, public supply, lift etc. A reduction of price is excluded. The host is not liable if it is impossible to perform services in case of strike or force majeure.
